The Summit will consist of three sessions that focus on:

Session I: Pathways to Prediction
Session II: Biomedical Informatics
Session III: Regulatory Analysis

In addition to the formal sessions there will several workshops, including a Biomedical Informatics Workshop and two NCBI mini-courses, Entrez Gene Quick Start and Correlating Disease Genes and Phenotypes on Friday March 28th.

WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS: Each NCBI mini-course participant should install Cn3D on his/her computer prior to the workshop. This software is available online at: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Structure/CN3D/cn3d.shtml.
